policies

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

- A non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout. 


- A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

- 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 


- Cancellations made within this window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.


 - No-shows will also be charged 50% and must pay in advance to secure any future appointments.

LATE POLICIES

- Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. 


- Arriving late may result in your service being shortened to fit the remaining time available.


 - If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees will apply.

LASH EXTENSION POLICIES

- We do not perform fills on lash extensions from another studio. 


- If you have existing lashes from elsewhere, you must book a removal and a full set. 


- Special circumstances: On rare occasions, a foreign fill may be approved. Clients must message, explain their situation, and send clear photos of their current lashes. Approval is at the discretion of the artist.

LASH FILL POLICY

- Lash refills must be booked under the correct fill option (60-minute fill or 75-minute fill) as listed on the booking site. 


- If you arrive with less than 30% of your lash extensions remaining, your appointment will be considered a new full set and charged accordingly. 


- Pricing may also be adjusted based on retention and lash condition at the time of your appointment.

PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES

- If you are booking a new PMU service (brows, eyeliner, lips, etc.) but already have previous permanent makeup done by another artist, you must send clear photos before your appointment.  Approval is required to determine whether correction or cover-up work is possible. If prior work is too saturated, uneven, or in poor condition, removal or fading may be recommended before proceeding. 


- Touch-ups are not included in the initial session price unless otherwise noted. A touch-up appointment (typically 6–12 weeks later) is strongly recommended to complete the process and ensure the best healed results. 


- PMU results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare compliance. No guarantees can be made regarding healed results. 


- Clients must follow all aftercare instructions to ensure the best outcome. Failure to follow aftercare may result in poor retention, additional charges, or being declined for future services. 


- If you have certain medical conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, heart conditions, or if you are taking blood-thinning medications), you are required to provide a doctor’s consent form prior to your appointment. 


- PMU services cannot be performed if you are pregnant or nursing. 


- A waiver and consent form must be signed before any PMU procedure

TEETH WHITENING POLICIES

  • Eligibility & Consent: Clients must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with guardian consent). We cannot serve clients who are pregnant, nursing, or have untreated dental issues such as cavities or gum disease. A signed consent form is required.
     
  • What to Expect: Whitening results vary widely. Natural tooth shade, lifestyle habits, and especially enamel thickness influence the outcome. Thick enamel whitens more evenly, while thin enamel can result in uneven color and increased sensitivity. We cannot guarantee a specific shade, and multiple sessions may be needed.
     
  • What Whitening Can’t Do: Fillings, crowns, veneers, implants, and other dental restorations do not whiten
     
  • Possible Side Effects: Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation are the most common side effects. Thin enamel or existing sensitivity may cause heightened discomfort. If you experience prolonged pain, consult your dentist.
     
  • Aftercare & Maintenance: For 24 hours after treatment, avoid dark or acidic foods and drinks like coffee, tea, and red wine. Maintain regular brushing and flossing and schedule touch‑ups every 6 months as results gradually fade
     
  • Disclaimer: This service is cosmetic only. We are not dental professionals and do not provide dental diagnoses or treatments. Whitening outcomes depend on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

REFUNDS

- Dream Beauty by Nida does not offer refunds on services. 


- We do, however, offer a guarantee policy: if you experience an issue with your lashes or brows within the first 3 days, please contact us so we can assess and correct the situation.

ALLERGIES

- If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately so we can assess the situation. 


- If you’ve had reactions to lash extensions or PMU products in the past, please inform us prior to your appointment. 


- A patch test can be performed upon request (contact us in advance to arrange). - Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions

CHILDREN & GUESTS

- For safety and focus, children and extra guests cannot be accommodated in the lash or PMU room. 


- We kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

- At Dream Beauty by Nida, we strive to provide a professional, respectful, and relaxing environment. 


- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful communication, inappropriate behavior, or repeatedly disregards studio policies. 


- This policy is in place to protect both our clients and our business.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

- No pets are allowed in the studio. 


- Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. 


- All clients must complete and sign consent/waiver forms prior to treatment.
