New Appointments / Touch ups / Fills
A deposit is required to schedule your appointment, which will go towards your total amount at check out when you come in and recieve your services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only me, my time, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule or cancel any appointment, we require at least 48 hour notice or your deposit is non-refundable and forfeited and a 50% cancelation fee will be charged..and you will be required to submit a new deposit for a new appointment.
No-Shows
For NO-SHOWS, your deposit is non-refundable and forfeited and a 50% cancelation fee will be chargedAND you will not be able to book another appointment without approval and full payment in advance.
How to Cancel/ Reschedule
There is a link that is sent to you via text or email when you book. Follow the instructions on there to reschedule or cancel your appointment appropriately or message me directly at 608-772-5252. If you cancel before the required 24hr notice, you will receive a refund of your deposit to the original payment method.
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please let me know when you arrive and wait in your car, I will let message you when I'm ready for you.
I cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment..
Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled and deposit will not be refunded or the 30% fee of the scheduled fill or brow touch service will be charged to the card on file. Please understand that for me to do my job and get the best results, I need the right amount of time!
Please familiarize yourself with the location. Please respect my time and others.
I accept all major debit/credit cards, venmo, cashapp, & cash. NO CHECKS.
If paying in card, there is a 3.5% convenience fee charge to the total amount. If you would like to avoid the card fee, you can pay in cash.
For semi-permanent makeup:
For your safety, if you are under 18, pregnant or breast feeding, or have major underlying health conditions, you cannot be seen.

If you have previous work done by a previous artist, you would need to schedule a consult first for me to review and determine if I will be able to proceed with working over the brows. There are some cases that I won't be able proceed with: if the brows are very saturated in color, if you would need removal first. All new clients would be considered a new initial appointment.
For eyelash extensions:
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to their appointment.
If you have lashes on from a previous lash artist and would like to book an appointment, it would need to be a new set. I do not work over other artists work and a removal would be necessary to start fresh. All new clients would need to book a new set.
Additional guests:
In order for you to have the best experience, I can only allow YOU the client to be in the suite at the appointment, there cannot be any addition people allowed.
Please understand we cannot have children in the suite. As much as we love kids, there are liability reasons, children cannot be left unattended. Therefore, we ask that no children attend appointments. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present or left unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy would apply.
